First results post: With davids list of hydra results we're now over 100. Here's what I can see from those results.

All results above 5M have at least 3 demi slots. But even 500k, a kill credit always yields 2 demi slots. Those slots convert to fp at about 9.25%. No instances of double fp slots have yet been reported.
For Damage of 500k-1M typical demi quantity 2-3
For Damage of 1M-1.5M typical demi quantity 2-4
The possibility of a 5th demi slot doesn't seem to appear until about 2.3M

Rare Drops
All reports include at least 2 rare drops. Up until 1M 2-3 rare drops seems to be standard
A low chance for a 4th rare appears at 1M damage (approx 10%)
At approx. 2.25M the chance for a 4th rare increases to about 50%
A fifth rare becomes possible at about 4.75M the 30% chance of that slot does not appear to increase. But a 6th rare is possible, though numbers are too small to report a pattern, no instances of the 6th rare slot have been reported beneath 5.8M

Epic Drops
For a kill credit, at 500k you appear to have a strong chance 60% of receiving a single epic. Up until 1M you appear receive 1 epic with about a 20% chance for a second epic
Between 1M and 2.75M the chance for the second slot increases to about 60%. All result reported above 2.75M have at least 2 epic slots. The first reported occurrence of a 3rd slot occurs at 5.8M. Numbers of those are currently too low to predict likelihood of that 3rd slot.
